Qatar Airways flight attendant recruitment photos - what to prepare?

Photos are part of your Qatar Airways profile
Qatar Airways Cabin Crew recruitment is highly visual and very competitive. Recruiters will review your CV, photos, passport copy and education documents.
If you have read the Emirates flight attendant and cabin crew photo guidelines, then the Qatar Airways requirements are different mainly because of the blue background and the smaller photo set. Qatar Airways requires two photos only: a formal full-body business attire photo and a passport photo. Both should show a smile, like Emirates, but on a blue background.
Here are the Qatar Airways Cabin Crew photo guidelines.
The starting point of the process is an online Qatar Airways Cabin Crew application, where you upload your formal cabin crew photos. Make sure they are ready and done perfectly. Flight attendant candidates from the USA compete against millions of people from all over the world.
What photos do you need for Qatar Airways Recruitment Event?
The exact Qatar Airways requirements are mentioned in the official guidelines. You will need two photos:
- Formal full-body business attire photo
- Passport style photo
Both photos should be done on a blue background and with a natural warm smile. You will need digital files for the online application and printed copies for the cabin crew recruitment day in the size 10x15 cm.
Why the formal full-body photo matters to Qatar Airways
The formal full-body business attire photo helps recruiters imagine how you could look as flight attendant and cabin crew on board their premium airline. That is why you should do your best to prepare perfect photos.
Stand straight in a front-facing position, prepare perfect hair styling and make-up, smile naturally and follow the instructions.

Qatar Airways Assessment Centre
A Qatar Airways Recruitment Event starts with an airline presentation and document collection. During the CV drop-off, you will get a number and may have your first-impression exchange with the recruiters. Selected candidates can then continue through the Assessment Centre stages.
First, you will go through a short written English test. Then you will have a group discussion with other candidates. Finally, you will have an individual task to show your presentation and communication skills.
Only a limited number of candidates continue after each stage. This is normal in high-volume cabin crew recruitment, especially when Qatar Airways attracts cabin crew candidates from many countries. Prepare yourself with communication, empathy and problem-solving examples.
Qatar Airways Final Interview
If you reach the Final Interview stage, recruiters will go deeper into your customer service experience, character traits and ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
Your photos will not pass the recruitment day for you, but they will support your application and help you be seen. To be prepared for all stages of the Qatar Airways Cabin Crew Recruitment Event, you can download our tasks and practice to get your dream job in Doha, Qatar.
